Hangzhou safety Equipment Co. , Ltd. , the subsidiary of Zhejiang DunAn artificial environmental equipment Co. Ltd was licensed to self-make and self-use types I and II pressure vessel (License No. ZZ10-1) in March 1989, which was qualified in re-examination in March 1993 and upgraded to license of BR1grade pressure vessel (License No. ZZ89-01) , in order to meet the market requirements, we were subjected to system reform and qualified in examination of license renewal (License No. RZZ Z089-07) in Dec. 2002.
Since obtained license of pressure vessel, its quality assurance system has run normally. Monitored at plant site by the boiler pressure vessel inspection center of Hangzhou Quality Technology Supervision bureau, the quality of products has been kept stable accordingly.
The company has established sales department, technology manufacture section, financial division, and enterprise management office, with more than 200 employees, including 50 technical personnel in chemical machinery, machine building, refrigerating, safety technology and engineering, and welding equipment and technology.
The company is located in Binjiang District High-tech Development Zone, Hangzhou City, Zhejiang Province, China, covering 10000 m2 area for the plant houses and offices. It owns necessary equipment such as rolling machine, plane shear, NC cutting machine, automatic welding center, ray and ultrasonic faulty detector, NC drill press and NC tube expander. The products passed certification of ISO9000 quality system at the end of Jan. 2005.
In the past years the company mainly manufactured condenser, evaporator, storage tank, volumetric heat exchanger, air heat exchanger, cyclone separator, steam generator, fermentation cylinder and filter and they all keep stable quality. It will mainly produce condenser and evaporator necessary for the central air conditioning unit, as well as medicinal and chemical equipment and further expand markets for other products, We will do the best to provde top quality products and services to all clients on the basis of principle’ quality first, clients satisfied’, and strives to become a domestic first class manufacturer of pressure vessel.
